This course is the official “Building Organizational Capability” 4-day course from the CMMI Institute. Please note: This 4-day course also qualifies attendees (who pass the required exam) to be on an Appraisal team for Development and/or for Services. However, for organizations only interested in these two Domains, there is an option to take the 2-day “CMMI 3.0 Foundations” Course, and a 1-day CMMI “Excellence” Course (in either Development or Services).
